About Us:

At Four Seasons Tours we take passengers from the visiting cruise ships out on our sightseeing vessels for whale watching adventures through scenic Stephens Passage - an area known for an abundance of humpback whales.  Some tours include a stop at our very own Orca Point Lodge, located on Colt Island, where the passengers enjoy a buffet style meal where freshly grilled Alaskan salmon is the main feature. The passengers can choose between 4 excursion tours:

-          Whale Watching Cruise

-          Mendenhall Glacier & Whale Watching Cruise

-          Whale Watching & Orca Point Lodge

-          Whale Watching, Mendenhall Glacier & Orca Point Lodge

As an employee you also have the opportunity to travel to Hoonah a few days per week to take passengers to Pt. Adolphus, located near Hoonah, Alaska. There isn't  a summer day when you will fail to see several humpbacks feeding and cavorting in the near shore waters -simply fantastic!

As a representative of Four Seasons your job is to actively engage your guests in the tour ensuring their safety, enjoyment, and an overall positive experience.

In addition to whales, it is not uncommon to come across killer whales, Stellar sea lions, Dall's porpoise, harbor seals and bald eagles, with the occasional bear or Sitka black-tailed deer.

The great thing is, as an employee you get to view these animals everyday. It is truly majestic and quite frankly, never gets old.

Company Culture

Our commitment is to the values of our Five Guiding Principles: Safety, Quality, Environmental Responsibility, Teamwork and Profitability. This cultivates a culture of excellence in which employees are encouraged to develop and apply their abilities to the benefit of the company and the community of Juneau. Four Seasons Tours employees find this dedication to quality  work ethic both demanding and rewarding.
